This ABM card Certifies that the named card holder is an Authorized Basic Level Member of the NAIC Inc. This card authorizes the cardholder to participate in, receive and/or practice and or perform services of NAIC Ceremony, Sacrement and or Sacredotal Duties: SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies®: Native American, Indigenous Traditional Therapy and Medicine, Thai Yoga, Thai Massage, Ayurveda, Monastic, Pastoral Care and Counseling, and related topics as a Lay Ministry. (Term Thai Massage is slang for Traditional Thai Yoga Therapy and in no way refers to the secular/ non-religious practice of “Massage” and or “Massage Therapy”.)
IMPORTANT Please Note: The services/ practice is strictly limited to NAIC approved providers education completed and scope of practice. In the case that this above named individual NAIC APM Card Holder has NOT completed a minimum of 16 hrs. of NAIC Authorized Seminary, the above Named Card Holder is Only and Exclusively limited to participate in services and all NAIC legal protections… The APM Member is NOT authorized to perform ANY services on ANY member of the public or NON-NAIC member other than a directly related family member.
Any therapeutic, counseling or ministerial practices or services to be rendered which are not within the context of an Authorized and or Approved Basic Training (such as SomaVeda®: Fundamentals of Thai Yoga/ Thai Massage Level One: Minimum of 16 hours evidenced with a professional Certificate of completion from a SomaVeda® Certified Teacher) are NOT approved or authorized by this membership and or Authorized Full Member Card.
This card authorizes the cardholder to have in their possession bird of prey feathers and Native American Church Sacrament. This card does not authorize the harvesting of an animal or bird of pray or to conduct any NAIC Ceremony without expressed written permission. Card holder agrees to abide by NAIC Code of Ethics and Member Agreement. The card holder is NOT Authorized to distribute, sell or otherwise transfer sacrament to ANY other person. To do so will be a violation and render this APM Level Membership immediately void.
NAIC INC. is a Tribal Organization, Religious/ Church/ Ecclesiastical (IRS FBO) Jurisdiction and maintains all Constitutional, Federal and State rights and privileges afforded to such organizations by all relevant authorities.
NINTH AMENDMENT DECLARATION
ARTICLE IX, U.S. CONSTITUTION
“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the People.’ Under the Ninth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, I retain the right to freedom of choice in health care (or psychological services, or educational services, etc…). This includes the right to choose my diet, and to obtain, purchase and use any therapy, regimen, modality, remedy or product recommended by the fellow member, therapist, doctor or any practitioner of my choice.
The enumeration in this declaration of these rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage other rights retained by me, or my right to amend this declaration at any time.
CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to any person who receives a copy of this Declaration and who, acting under the color of law, intentionally interferes with the free exercise of the rights retained by me under the Ninth Amendment, as enumerated in this declaration, that they may be in violation of my civil and constitutional rights:

5) Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242 Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law
This statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived from any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S.
This law further prohibits a person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation or custom to willfully subject or cause to be subjected any person to different punishments, pains, or penalties, than those prescribed for punishment of citizens on account of such person being an alien or by reason of his/her color or race.
Acts under “color of any law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the bounds or limits of their lawful authority, but also acts done without and beyond the bounds of their lawful authority; provided that, in order for unlawful acts of any official to be done under “color of any law,” the unlawful acts must be done while such official is purporting or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. This definition includes, in addition to law enforcement officials, individuals such as Mayors, Council persons, Judges, Nursing Home Proprietors, Security Guards, etc., persons who are bound by laws, statutes ordinances, or customs.
Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to one year, or both, and if bodily injury results or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire shall be fined or imprisoned up to ten years or both, and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
