To whom it may concern. This A.F.M. card certifies that the named card holder is an authorized blessed full-level member of the N.A.I.C. Inc. and authorized to perform religious therapeutic ministry/healing services with other members of the N.A.I.C. This card authorizes the cardholder to participate in or practice or services of N.A.I.C. Tribal organization: SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies®: Religious Therapeutics: Native American, Indigenous/ Aboriginal Traditional Therapy and Medicine, Traditional Thai Yoga Therapy, Indigenous-Traditional Thai Massage, Pastoral Massage (P- Pastoral-ministerial) and or Pastoral Massage Therapy (P- Pastoral-Ministerial), Chirothesia/ Laying on of Hands, Oliation and Anointing with Oil/ Herbs, and or any natural substances, Nutrition, Nature Cure, Pastoral Care Counseling, Coaching, Humanitarian Aid Services Missions and related topics as a Lay Ministry.

N.A.I.C. Blessed A.F.M. Please note that N.A.I.C. Pastoral Massage and or N.A.I.C. Pastoral Massage Therapy is, by definition, the practice of Chirothesia, i.e., extending divine energy (Holy Spirit, Elan Vital, Grace) and or anointing the body with sacred medicines. NO WAY refers to the secular practice of “Massage” and or “Massage Therapy,” a non-spiritual practice of “rubbing the body for money” as defined by various state laws. N.A.I.C. Therefore, we use all of the people, the Minister, to express the heart’s desire for healing.

The services/ practices are strictly limited to the NAIC-approved provider’s completed education, the scope of practice, or N.A.I.C. Authorized Ministry therapeutic procedures.

This card authorizes the cardholder to have in their possession bird of prey feathers and a Native American Indigenous Church Sacrament. This card does not authorize harvesting an animal or bird of prey or conducting any N.A.I.C. Ceremony. The cardholder agrees to abide by the N.A.I.C. Code of Ethics and Member Agreement. The cardholder is NOT Authorized to distribute, sell, or otherwise transfer sacrament to anyone else. Doing so will be a violation, rendering this A.P.M. Level Membership immediately void. N.A.I.C. AFM Level Members MAY make and distribute sacred sacraments and healing remedies to other N.A.I.C. Members for authorized uses.

N.A.I.C. INC. is a Tribal Organization, Religious/ Christian Church/ Ecclesiastical (IRS FBO) Jurisdiction and maintains all Constitutional, Federal, and State rights and privileges afforded to such organizations by all relevant authorities.

NINTH AMENDMENT DECLARATION

ARTICLE IX, U.S. CONSTITUTION
“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the People.’ Under the Ninth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, I retain the right to freedom of choice in health care (or psychological services, educational services, etc…). This includes the right to choose my diet and to obtain, purchase, and use any therapy, regimen, modality, remedy, or product recommended by a fellow member, therapist, doctor, or any practitioner of my choice.

The enumeration in this Declaration of these rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage other rights retained by me or my right to amend this Declaration at any time.

CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to any person who receives a copy of this Declaration and who, acting under the color of law, intentionally interferes with the free exercise of the rights retained by me under the Ninth Amendment, as enumerated in this Declaration, that they may violate my civil and constitutional rights:

1) Title 42, U.S.C. 1983 et seq. and Title 18, Section 241.

6)  Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242 Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law

This statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived of any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S.

This law further prohibits a person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully subject or cause to be subjected any person to different punishments, pains, or penalties than those prescribed for punishment of citizens on account of such person being an alien or because of their color or race.

Acts under “color of any law” include actions not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the bounds or limits of their lawful authority but also acts done without and beyond the bounds of their lawful authority, provided that, for unlawful acts of any official to be done under “color of any law,” the unlawful acts must be done while such official is purporting or pretending to act in the performance of their official duties. This definition includes, in addition to law enforcement officials, individuals such as mayors, council persons, judges, nursing home proprietors, security guards, and others, as well as persons bound by laws, statutes, ordinances, or customs.

Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to one year or both, and if bodily injury results or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined or imprisoned up to ten years or both, and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
