Native American Indigenous Church is a bona fide and registered Native American Church Corporation incorporated by the State of Florida and is in good standing with the Secretary of State of Florida.
N.A.I.C. Authorized Blessed Participant Membership Card
This card Certifies that the cardholder is an Authorized Blessed Participant level Member of the Native American Indigenous Church. This card authorizes the cardholder to participate in N.A.I.C. Tribal Healthcare, counseling, therapies. N.A.I.C. members and Licentiate offering Humanitarian Aid. This card authorizes the cardholder to have in their possession bird of prey feathers or any Native American Indigenous Church Sacrament.
This N.A.I.C. Tribal Organization APM card Certifies that the named card holder/ bearer is an Authorized Blessed Participant. (APM) Level Member of the N.A.I.C Inc. This card authorizes the cardholder to participate in or practice or services of N.A.I.C SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies®: Religious Therapeutics: Native American, Indigenous Traditional Therapy and Medicine, Thai Yoga, Traditional Thai Massage, Massage (P- Pastoral-ministerial) and or Religious Therapeutic Massage Therapy (P- Pastoral-ministerial), Chirothesia/ Laying on of Hands, Oliation and Anointing with Oil/ Herbs, and or any natural substances, Nutrition, Nature Cure, Pastoral Care, Counseling, Coaching, and related topics as a Lay Ministry.
The services/ practice is strictly limited to the N.A.I.C-approved provider’s education completed and scope of practice. This card authorizes the cardholder to have in their possession bird of prey feathers and a Native American Church Sacrament. This card does not allow harvesting an animal or bird of prey or conducting any N.A.I.C Ceremony. The cardholder agrees to abide by the N.A.I.C. Code of Ethics and Member Agreement.
N.A.I.C INC. is a Religious/ Church/ Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction and maintains all Constitutional, Federal, and State rights and privileges afforded to such organizations by all relevant authorities.

NINTH AMENDMENT DECLARATION
ARTICLE IX, U.S. CONSTITUTION
“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the People.’ Under the Ninth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, I retain the right to freedom of choice in health care (or psychological services, educational services, etc.). This includes the right to choose my diet and to obtain, purchase, and use any therapy, regimen, modality, remedy, or product recommended by a fellow member, therapist, doctor, or any practitioner of my choice.
The enumeration in this declaration of these rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage other rights retained by me or my right to amend this declaration at any time.

CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE
Notice is at this moment given to any person who receives a copy of this declaration and who, acting under the color of law, intentionally interferes with the free exercise of the rights retained by me under the Ninth Amendment, as enumerated in this declaration, that they may violate my civil and constitutional rights:

This statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived of any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S.
This law further prohibits a person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully subject or cause to be subjected any person to different punishments, pains, or penalties than those prescribed for punishment of citizens on account of such person being an alien or because of their color or race.
Acts under “color of any law” include actions not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the bounds or limits of their lawful authority but also acts done without and beyond the bounds of their lawful authority, provided that, for unlawful acts of any official to be done under “color of any law,” the criminal acts must be done while such official is purporting or pretending to act in the performance of their official duties. This definition includes, in addition to law enforcement officials, individuals such as Mayors, Council persons, Judges, Nursing Home Proprietors, Security Guards, etc., persons bound by laws, statutes, ordinances, or customs.
Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to one year or both, and if bodily injury results or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined or imprisoned up to ten years or both, and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
