(N.A.I.C.), an Inter-Tribal, Christian/Christ-centered discipline, and Convocation of the Medicine Men and Medicine Women of the Native American Indigenous Church I.N.C. (N.A.I.C.) We are an Indigenous, traditional, and Native American CHRISTIAN organization.
Declaration of Good Conscience and Practice, Constitution, and Establishment of N.A.I.C.
We are a restoration of the Pre-Colonial and Pre-Conquest, pre-genocide/ periods of enslavement, diaspora, Nomadic Indigenous People who inhabited parts of the Caribean including Puerto Rico (American Territory), Central America, North and South America, the Pacific Islands, Japan, Korea, China, Filipinnes, Thailand, Burma, India, and Tibet anciently, and which left evidence of its historical occupation of these Traditional Territories and indigenous peoples in writings, records and oral traditions left and religiously guarded so that they might be brought into the light in a day of futurity, so that the ancient, sacred ways of Native, Indigenous, Natural and Traditional healing and sacred religious and religious therapeutic (medicine) practices might be restored, beginning in this State of Florida, in the United States of America, and spreading there from, to as far as the wind may carry the message, and for as long as the trees grow, and the rivers flow.
Preamble
We believe in the Creator (Great Spirit- Honored Chief- Chosen One- “Creator Sets Free,” i.e., Jesus Christ) and that the Creator made all men and women who have lived, do now live, and who will yet live, as free and equal beings. We recognize the inherent, ancestral, sovereign rights granted to all people by the Creator, human conscience, international law, and legal constructs of reciprocity, mutuality, and comity, which cannot be diminished or extinguished. We believe that we derive from and that we may become like the Native and Traditional Indigenous people who lived in this land anciently and that, through their literal descendants, we claim the right to form an Indigenous Traditional Organization based upon their teachings which have been passed down to us through the traditions, customs, ceremonies, records which have been guarded through the ages by their Descendants, our family, and our ancestors whether by blood or by adoption (Hunka), we acknowledge the sacred texts of all indigenous traditional religions, oral and religious traditions regarding the principles of religious expression, the role of nature, the part of two legged’s and natural medicine.
Primary NAIC Religious Expressions and Practices
We believe that the primary duty of our religious expression is the belief, profession, expression, education, and practice of Holistic Medicine, Aid Services, and therapies based on, or cogent with, our sincerely held religion and religious beliefs. Practicing Holistic Medicine, Aid Services, missions, and therapies directly express Indigenous Traditional Native (aboriginal) and Christian religious beliefs.
We affirm and support traditional Biblical and Christian principles of scripturally and spiritually based health care. Our mission is to restore divine wisdom and the knowledge of all nature to health care and life. We affirm to do this through the traditional ceremony, sacraments, and scripturally (Bible/ Cross Way/ First Nations Version: Indigenous Translation of the New Testament), spiritually valid science based on natural law to assess, improve, and restore good physical, mental, and spiritual health. The focus of N.A.I.C. is not on disease and treatment of disease as a purely physical concept but on analyzing the true genesis of poor health and hygiene and utilizing the natural law, including physical, mental, and spiritual insights for health from sacred text and scripture to bring about healing. We believe and teach that the true genesis of all disease is separation from the knowledge of the Creator and ignorance of following established sacred and spiritual laws and principles. While respecting and utilizing valid science scripturally, N.A.I.C. has its basis in the Creator’s law, the natural law, and not science.
The primary active mission or missionary activity of the N.A.I.C. is to preserve, protect, promote, believe in, teach, and educate N.A.I.C. members in the old-traditional ways of relying on the Creator and indigenous practices of traditional natural medicine.
We affirm the practice of Native American, Indigenous Traditional Medicine, and Christian-Christ-Centered Religious Therapeutics in all its wealth and variety, both historical and modern, to B.E. the practice of Native American Religion as defined by the N.A.I.C.
We further affirm that our sincere belief, practice, and expression of True Medicine (Indigenous Traditional Medicine as defined by N.A.I.C.) is all N.A.I.C. members’ authentic and valid ministry and sacred duty.
Accordingly, we believe we are all related and are children of the same Creator. As children of the same Creator, regardless of blood quotient, we affirm the right to make our circles and families larger through ministry and sacred adoption. We affirm the UNITED NATIONS Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (U.N. Sub-commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities, 1994/45, August 26, 1994. U.N. Doc. E/CN.4/1995/2, E/CN.4/sub.2/1994/56, at 105 (1994), culminating in the Unanimous Ratification of the Members States and has become part of International Rights Law. Fundamental to our traditions is the truth that, as children of the Creator, we are entitled to the freedoms of thought, religion, education, assembly, opinion, speech, movement, our sacred rights of worship and methods of healing, our traditional lifestyle and security within our historical territories, insofar as that freedom does not prevent others from likewise enjoying the same freedoms.
We believe that God,” Creator Sets Free,” Jesus Christ has endowed men and women with intelligence enough to govern themselves in such a manner as to guarantee to themselves these freedoms, to establish just and proper ways to deal with each other, to maintain a tranquil and secure domestic life, provide for the defense of these rights when needed, and to insure for ourselves and our posterity the blessings that our culture, traditions, and teachings bring.
There is no freedom without health freedom.
There is no health freedom without informed choice based on truth and consent, which is voluntary. Selection based on lies and misrepresentations can not be voluntary. Choice based on ignorance can not be voluntary. As FREE People, as Human beings with Human Rights and the dignity of self-determination before the Creator (Great Spirit- Honored Chief- Chosen One- “Creator Sets Free,” i.e., Jesus Christ), Health mandates without informed, voluntary consent is ungodly tyranny and to be resisted and not to be followed at all cost.
We ordain and establish this Constitution for the Native American Indigenous Church I.N.C. (N.A.I.C.) Indigenous Traditional Organization as an Indigenous Group under U.N.D.R.I.P. Accordingly, we exercise the Right of Self-Determination, which International and Domestic Law have guaranteed, to form the Native American Indigenous Church I.N.C. (N.A.I.C.) Indigenous Traditional Organization, comprised of individuals whose lineage may or may not descend from many Federally or Crown Recognized Tribes and Bands, Non-recognized Tribes and Bands, Native Hawaiian and Native Alaskan, as well as any other Indigenous Peoples worldwide, and also from those individuals whom the N.A.I.C. shall fit to admit by the exercise of our religion and the administration of our Cultural Traditions and Institutions, whom we recognize as our people, founded upon the Customs, Traditions, Principles, Religion, Governance, and Belief Systems cited herein.
